1. about these terms

These terms govern your use of HR Content Hub. By using our services, you agree to these terms. HR Content Hub is a trading name of SSJ Consulting Services Ltd (company number 15354143).

2. our services

We provide social media content services for HR consultants, including our self-service content library and done-for-you packages.

3. account registration

You must register to access the content library. Keep your account details accurate and your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. subscriptions and payments

Subscriptions are billed monthly via GoCardless. Cancel anytime through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period.

5. content usage

Content is licensed for your business marketing use. You may customise and rebrand it. You may not resell or redistribute it. Each subscription is for a single user.

6. intellectual property

All content, designs and graphics are owned by or licensed to HR Content Hub. Content you download is licensed, not sold, to you.

7. limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

8. governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
